SEPTEMBER 2, 2011:    Records due to the Morgan County Extension Office.   Leaders will stop by and sign as necessary. 

SEPTEMBER 7, 2011:   Federation Organizational Meeting at 6:30 p.m.  Any Jr. High/High School member is eligible.  Federation is a banding together or the local 4-H clubs into a central representative body for the improvement of the 4-H program.  Federation makes recommendations regarding the 4-H program, carries out unit based 4-H activities and events as well as camps, contests, fund raising activities, recreational events and Achievement Night. 

SEPTEMBER 14, 2011: 4-H Leader’s Meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Morgan County Extension Office.   New 4-H policies will be discussed. 

SEPTEMBER 21, 2011: First meeting of the new 4-H year!  Meeting time is 7:00 p.m. at the Berea Christian Church.   We will reorganize and elect  new officers.   New members are welcome but cannot hold an office until after being a member for one year.   If you are unable to attend and want to run for an office, be sure and let someone know so your name can be put in for nomination.      Birthdays:                        Refreshments: 

OCTOBER 2-8, 2011:   National 4-H Week - lots of activities to come.  Stay tuned!!  This year’s theme “Join the Revolution of Responsibility.” 

OCTOBER 20, 20ll:   Records Judging at 6:00 p.m. at the Extension Office.  Assistance is always needed and supper is supplied.   Call and sign up! 

THIS AND THAT : Heather and Diane would appreciate any suggestions for the upcoming year - meeting suggestions, speakers, etc.

We will be meeting soon to complete the calendar for this year.  Also, remember to invite prospective members to come with you to a meeting.
