"Welcome to Berea's World famous Soup Supper, 2007!

This hurried scrawl says it all!  We began work early in the day at home, browning hamburger, chopping onions, preparing the fixin's, baking pies, and gathering ingredients for this years event.  Many put in twelve to thirteen hour days.  All were tired at the end of the day, but the Lord blessed us beyond measure.  We set a record in people served and in the numbers of cookers of chili and oyster soup.  The people served are friends of Berea Christian Church who come from many miles around.  To them we extend our gratitude.
